These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and j33bmw (hereinafter referred to as "j33bmw", "we", "us", or "our") governing your access to and use of the j33bmw website located at j33bmw.net and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, online casino games, live casino, promotions, and customer support (collectively, the "Platform").

1.1 Entire Agreement

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.

2.5 Sound Judgment

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

All withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. j33bmw reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.

4.5 Currency and Fees

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions are denominated in BDT. j33bmw does not charge internal fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. j33bmw is not responsible for fees levied by third-party payment processors.

4.6 Dormant Account Policy

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. j33bmw reserves the right to apply a monthly administrative fee to dormant accounts after this period. Prior to applying any such fee, j33bmw will make reasonable attempts to contact the account holder at the registered email address. The remaining balance will always be available for withdrawal upon reactivation of the account.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

5.2 Bonus Validity Period

5.3 Bonus Abuse

5.4 Promotional Changes

5.5 One Bonus at a Time

6.1 Acceptance of Bets

6.2 Errors in Odds and Payouts

In the event that j33bmw publishes manifestly incorrect odds, payouts, or game results due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, j33bmw reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. j33bmw is not obligated to honour bets placed at obviously erroneous prices.

6.3 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to specific rules that account for the dynamic nature of live events. In-play bets are accepted and settled based on the state of play at the moment the bet is confirmed by our system, not at the moment you submit the bet. Network delays between your device and our servers may result in bets being accepted at updated odds.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

• Abusive or threatening behaviour toward j33bmw staff or other players
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding uncleared bonuses) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Please allow up to 5 business days for the closure process to complete.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion options are available for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion. 7.3 Consequences of Closure for Breach

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j33bmw, its directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activity conducted on the Platform
• Platform downtime, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers
• Loss of data resulting from device failure, browser incompatibility, or network issues

8.1 Platform Availability

8.2 Third-Party Content

8.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless j33bmw and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised herein.

8.4 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
